The CMI runs networking and speaker events and workshops throughout the year. Change practitioners and interested parties are welcome to attend.
Networking drinks
Held every second Tuesday of every second month from 6.00 pm to 8.00 pm at our favourite venue in the Sydney CBD. Come along and join other change managers for an enjoyable evening with like-minded people. See the CMI newsletter for details of when and where.
Workshops
Half day, Saturday workshops are held 2-3 times a year on topics of interest to members. The emphasis is on practical information, knowledge and skills that can be readily applied in day-to-day work settings. Topics to date have included Behaviour Change and Culture Change.
Speaker Events
Held 2-3 times a year from 6.00 pm – 8.30 pm on a week night, these events feature well respected industry experts speaking on topical change management issues, presenting case studies and giving in-depth overviews on key change management areas such as coaching. Drinks and refreshments are available on the night.

Events are promoted via the CMI newsletter, email invitation and via the CMI website. You can now register and pay online via the website.
