Cultural change is a journey littered with pitfalls that can be avoided with the right approach. The Change Management Institute and College of Organisational Psychologists have joined forces to offer you expert perspectives and practical lessons on the art and science of cultural change.
The Expert Panel perspectives on culture change spanning the boardroom to the coalface and their stories are based on hard-won experience in challenging circumstances.
About the Event
1. The CEO - Dr Mel Miller will present a case study that illustrates how culture change and change management can work and where it can go wrong. She examines the art and the science of change management and the need for persistent and courageous leadership.
2. The Strategy Owner - Chris Gyetvay will present a high-level description of the ATO's enterprise wide culture strategy, including a range of programs to embed values, manage talent , enhance employee engagement and innovation, and establish an employment value proposition. Chris will share some of the useful frameworks, techniques, and lessons learnt along this long-term journey.
3. The Tactician - Ann Bonney will present the "6 Dragons'' of operationalising change when the rubber hits the road.
