The next CMI MasterMind group for 2010 kicks off in August.

CMI MasterMind group - is a forum which brings together a small group of change management practitioners, focused on professional development through connecting, learning and sharing with each other.

What are the benefits?

A CMI MasterMind Group will provide you with the opportunity to:

• Share experiences and learning's amongst peers
• Exchange change management tools and techniques
• Discuss and solve existing problems
• Establish your own peer support network by meeting with like minded individuals
• Form close bonds created with change management industry colleagues

How MasterMind groups run?

Upon registration, you will be allocated to a MasterMind group for approximately 4 months (August to November), with a group social gathering to celebrate completion in December.

MasterMind groups will operate as breakfast sessions -- boardroom style. They run for a duration of 1.5 hours (7:00am -- 8:30am) once per month with a capacity of 8-12 participants.

Session Structure

1). Introductions (with complimentary breakfast)

2). Successes and Challenges
- Collect good news stories and current challenges from around the table.
- Brainstorm of approaches / potential solutions to current challenges.

3). Focus Topic - Tools and Techniques
- Each session will have specific focus topic (linked to the CMI Change Manager Competency Model).
- Each participant involved by sharing tools, techniques, case studies, articles etc.
- The facilitation of this section will be rotated between group members.

4). Session Wrap Up

Who will benefit from being involved?

You don't have to be a Change Manager with a wealth of experience to be involved in a Mastermind group. People from all backgrounds and skills levels are welcome! Whether you're in the early stages of your career in Change Management or an experienced practitioner, you can and will benefit from participating in the Mastermind sessions.
