Want to fast-track your change management expertise?

You can now be guided by the experience of qualified senior change management practitioners in CMI's Mentoring Programme.

The Change Management Institute (CMI) is pleased to announce our NSW Pilot Mentoring Programme, as part of CMI Membership, will be launched on 27 October. The CMI Mentoring Programme is a supportive, learning and coaching relationship between a senior change practitioner (mentor), who shares the benefit of their professional experience with a less experienced practitioner, to further develop skills, expertise and abilities.

CMI's Mentoring Programme built on, encouragement, openness and a willingness to learn and share. As a NSW CMI member, the participant receives quality, one-on-one professional mentoring sessions over 12 months for a special pilot rate of $150.00 (inclusive of GST).

You are invited to join the first CMI Speed Mentoring event on Tuesday evening, 27 October, at the Verandah Bar, Level Mezzanine, Shop 55-65, Elizabeth Street, Sydney, commencing at 5.30pm for a 6.00pm start. This evening promises to be fast-moving, fun and educational for both mentors and participants.

NSW Participants -

To register your interest as a participant, register via the website www.change-management-institute.com by 17 October. You will also be required to complete an mentoring program application form, which will be emailed on registration.

NSW Mentors -

If you have been a mentor in the past you will know how much the mentor can also benefit from the relationship.

As mentoring is a benefit of being a CMI member, it is important that our mentors also express their commitment and support of our professional body by being members of CMI.
