At the end of this workshop you will:

1. Understand the CMI Change Management Practitioner Competency model including skill topic areas and benchmark behaviours.
2. Identify gaps in your competence as a Change Management Practitioner by assessing your skills against the benchmark.
3. Identify activities which will help you to close the gaps through expert and peer consultation.
