This is an interactive workshop focussing on the soft skills of managing change - don't miss it!

When was the last time you stopped and looked at your own individual soft skill repertoire? CMI QLD proudly presents a Soft Skills Workshop designed to assist change managers of all levels in assessing and further developing their own individual soft skill repertoire.

As a change manager, how easy are we to deal with? Do we hear the hidden message? How often do we really take note of someone's body language? Are we emotionally intelligent? Do we manage our own teams well?

In the setting of a fun and interactive workshop, participants will have a chance to re-connect with some of the core soft skills required to plant the seeds of change, nurture it to full growth, and ensure it continues to renew itself for generations to come!
