Organisational Change Management Maturity Model

The CMI in partnership with Carbon Group Change Consulting are developing an Organisational Change Management maturity model, to enable us to assess the overall capability of the organisation for managing change.

A survey involving a number of organisations has been conducted and these results will be available early 2012.

Change management and current industry practice with regard to sustainability

Keith Robinson from the National Centre for Sustainability at Swinburne University of Technology is teaching, at Graduate Certificate level, in the implementation of sustainability initiatives into organisations.

He would like to hear from CMI members who could provide input on change management and current industry practice in this domain as part of an informal expert panel to improve the content and delivery of the course.

The relationship between Project Managers and Change Managers

The University of Technology, Sydney is undertaking research to understand the relationship between Project Managers and Change Managers. They both perform vital roles in reaching organisational objectives, but it is not always clear what the relationship between these roles is, or should be.

This strictly anonymous survey will take 20 minutes and if you provide your contact details you will be sent the detailed report on the findings of this research.
