All chats open at 7:45 pm ET to allow for networking, with the facilitated discussion beginning at 8:00 pm. A member of the USA Leadership Team will wrap up the call at 9:00 pm ET.
Each session, attendees will share their ideas, questions, experiences, and lessons learned on that session’s topic. Before we adjourn, participants will select the topic for the conversation that will take placed in two months.

As a member of the USA volunteer team since June 2017, Beth facilitates and manages the Change Chat webinars. Her goal is to use her 20+ years of experience in organizational change to help other change practitioners enhance their professional competency, advance their careers, and network with other change professionals.
Beth is passionate about helping organizations change and transform – effectively, efficiently, and constructively. After working seven years as a chemist and then earning her MBA, Beth joined Accenture as a strategic change and business transformation consultant. Since that time, she has worked across multiple industries, specializing in organizations that have a strong technology, science, or engineering component. Her projects have included large-scale technology deployments, new process implementations, acquisition alignment, and organization transformations.
