The Change Manager Competency Models have been developed by the Change Management Institute in consultation with practitioners and employers across the world. The Organisational Change Maturity Model has been developed by researching the capabilities required by organisations to become truly ‘change agile’. It explores the concept of change agility and assists in determining current and future change maturity of organisational change capability. CMI members can access the OCMM model here.
