6:00pm Thursday, 13 May 2021

Event time is 5pm EDT May 13th, 7am AEST, 9am NZST May 14th

Using a unique “Rapid Response Consulting” experience, in this session hosted by the Canada and USA chapters, you will learn about the Leverage Change strategies and apply them to your real work in the session itself. You will witness a real time roll up the sleeves demonstration of the power of applying the 8 levers of Leverage Change. You will also have your own opportunity to put these same strategies to work on any type of change on your plate.

We will identify everyday ways to turbocharge your change work. Whether you feel on top of your project or behind the eight ball, this learning and working session will help you advance your cause. You will leave with powerful and practical ideas you can share with your team and apply immediately for positive impact. What better way to use your time than to advance the agenda you are already working on?

If you are frustrated that your change work is too slow, too hard, or too often disappointing, this is the session for you. Identify and address the most common problems in your current change work – and know how to do it when you recognize them in the future too.

Join us for this highly interactive session with Robert Jacobs – author, keynote speaker, entrepreneur - who will leverage “rapid response consulting” right in the session to showcase 8 ways to make any change initiatives easier, faster, and more effective!

Competencies the event relates to: Facilitating Change, Influencing Others, Professional Development.
