About our Speaker

David Miller is the CEO and Founder of Changefirst which he established in 1995. Changefirst has spent the last 25 years helping change leaders implement change successfully. In this time Changefirst has trained over 30,000 people in their approaches and delivered work in over 40 countries around the world.

David is passionate about the need to ensure people can deliver what they have learned and over the past 5 years Changefirst has invested substantially in digital platforms that effectively integrate learning, planning and analytics.

He has lived and worked in Europe and the United States. In addition, he has spent time working in Asia and delivered change leadership programs in Latin America, Africa and the Middle East. His academic background is in Economics and Psychology.  

David is a recognized speaker, writer and commentator on change management issues and his book - 'Successful Change: how to implement change through people’ – was published in 2011. His last book “Enterprise Change Management” was published in 2016 by Kogan Page.
