Curve Group and the Change Management Institute are teaming up once more to bring you a different take on agility and culture.

Join Sarah Mallory, Chris Nguyen and many of your Change People and Agile colleagues to put matters into perspective, one year after the A/agile craze swept through Melbourne. Now that the dust has settled, where are we at? How are the latest practices influencing culture? Is there a real difference between Agile and agile? And most importantly, how can we better understand the natural tensions within our organisations when applying agile to serve our organisations better?

About our Speakers 

Sarah Mallory, Principal, Change & Transformation Lead

Sarah is strategic and results driven leader, bringing extensive experience in organisational development, change management and learning & development. Sarah is a certified Prosci® change practitioner and over the past 11 years has worked across multiple Agile projects and ‘agile’ organisations. Sarah brings both a pragmatic lens and risk-based approach to deliver programs of work and is keen to share her insights on the how we can better support our organisations.

Chris Nguyen, Founder and Director

Chris Nguyen founded Curve Group 10 years ago, with the aim of creating a dynamic new business improvement consultancy. Chris blends his business smarts with 17 years practical experience as a senior business leader in a number of global organisations and has worked with leading organisations across a diverse range of industries. His expert knowledge of culture and the Denison model will bring a level of insight and understanding of the natural cultural tensions to be aware of when working with Agile and how we can best prepare ourselves.

Both Chris and Sarah led the discussion last year around The Agile Organisation and are now ready to deepen the conversation on agilty and culture.
