About our speaker

Annette Andresen is a strategic change advisor with a focus on leadership coaching, organisational alignment, engagement and communications. 

 She has worked with leaders for over 15 years to guide and drive strategic change, with a focus on ensuring the change is benefits-driven, actionable and understandable by leaders and team members alike.

Her work has taken her from the UK, across Europe and into Asia for organisations including the UK Home Office and MoD, BP, Cathay Pacific, Telstra International and many others.
