About our speakers
Grant is a pathfinder - committed to creating new value through fresh thinking, unique insights and breakthrough practises.
Has extensive experience in complex environments, a body of tested intellectual property and access to an array of experts and alliance partners worldwide. He uses these capabilities to help clients create new relationships, pathways, operating models and bring positive change to engagement, mind-sets and culture.
Bernie is a facilitator and coach. During his career he has led teams in the New Zealand dairy industry (NZ Dairy Board, NZ Dairy Co.), and the IT industry (Digital, Mastersoft, Unisys), in a range of sales and marketing roles. Since 2000, he has worked with Australasian public and private sector clients to improve individual and team performance by changing conversations. Bernie has a strong facilitative style and challenges clients’ thinking about themselves, the future and how to execute change. He emphasises simplicity and focus. The scope of his work has covered leadership development, building trust-based relationships, compelling communication of complex ideas, change and high performance teams. He has an enduring interest in innovation, and has been involved in a number of innovative projects.
