From reaching a few hundred to reaching thousands, even millions. Becoming an author of a business book could open doors to new possibilities. But how easy is it?

The knowledge gained throughout the course of your career to date has immense value to others about to embark or currently going through similar challenges. Often, as the knowledge resides in your head, the transfer of it happens at times when you are available and to relatively small groups. But what if you could take your experience and capture it in a way to engage with thousands if not millions …. even when you are sleeping or while they are on a beach.

Members of the Change Management Institute are personally invited to join Lucy McCarraher, founder of the Business Book Awards and author of a Book of One's Own in this enlightening discussion around the power of becoming an author. During this session, Lucy will explore further the rationale to write a book about your experiences, she will talk through the process of writing a book and how to go about getting it published and most importantly of all she will showcase the benefits of the efforts of having done so by reflecting on the success of the many winners that have so far passed through the BBA annual awards.
