Building and Leveraging Change Capability Through Change Agent Networks (Wales, UK)
Best Change Management practise accepts that employees are generally more willing to accept and support organisational change once they understand the goal and what needs to be done. Given this, how do we effectively reach out into our communities to drive advocacy? Also, how do we accept and manage the complexity of effective communication with the people around us, our immediate managers and peers as well as those who we work with on a daily basis.
Leveraging our trusted, informal leaders at the forefront of the change effort is therefore critical in building awareness, deepening understanding and creating engagement to influence organisational change.
Join us for the first Change Management Institute event hosted in Wales to explore how two organisations are developing their internal capability for Change Management and deploying this through Change Agent Networks to successfully drive engagement and advocacy.
