Times are: 6pm AEDT | 8pm NZDT | 8am BST
Last year Lydia Moussa joined us to share her research in change, including insights into the challenges we face as change managers and the importance of leveraging different methodologies beyond traditional change models.
In this virtual event hosted by the New South Wales chapter, Lydia will share with us a sneak peak into her upcoming book ‘Navigating the chaos of change’, and provide us with more practical ways on how we can build the right capabilities to enable successful navigation of change.
