Case Study: Building change leadership and capability at the NSW Department of Justice (Members Webinar)

1:00pm Thursday, 20 June 2019
2:00pm Thursday, 20 June 2019

Find out what was learned about building change leadership from a retiree, a millennial, an HR generalist and a prison officer… practical lessons and a case study from a change manager’s perspective.

Nick Ferguson will walk you through the framework used to build the foundations for change, define the change and enable the change, and openly discuss how this was applied in a case study to engage and align the leaders of the NSW Department of Justice - a change affecting 16,000 staff across NSW.

This webinar is aimed at practicing change managers, particularly those at the Specialist level of the Change Management Institute's Change Manager Competency Model. Though anyone in the change field is welcome to participate!

This event is part of our quarterly theme of Change Leadership which is also currently being explored by our Australian Chapters.
