Nick Ferguson is a passionate consultant with expertise in optimising people performance and improving the effectiveness of business services to help organisations deliver on strategic changes.
Nick brings a depth of experience in solution design and the management of change, most recently in the area of enterprise roll-out of SuccessFactors human capital management systems for clients such as the NSW Department of Justice and Family and Community Services. Nick also works on broader Human Capital projects in the Mergers and Acquisitions, HR Transformation, Organisation Design, and Performance Development areas.
