Challenge your Change Management thinking (Wellington virtual event)
Times are: 10am AEDT | 12pm NZDT | 7pm EDT (October 26th)
The Wellington Chapter are excited to welcome our guest speaker, Katherine Corich, for a virtual journey set to challenge our thinking of Change Management.
Based on her extensive career in the aviation industry, Katherine will centre this session on the principles of aviation systems thinking – and how these principles can be applied to Change Management to help increase success rates and build capability.
Katherine will also share her experience using the notion of “just culture” – a philosophy which gets organisations to explore and openly address those difficult questions such as, “what where the reasons for the failure?”, and adopt a no blame culture. She will also touch on examples of how data-driven decision making, which is central to aviation, can be used to improve change management outcomes.
We are thrilled to have Katherine speak to our community and share her insights and experience – it’s a virtual discussion not to be missed!
