Chameleon Cards Trial Run Session (Melbourne, AU)
Join us for a premiere trial run of the Chameleon Cards that Peter Phan and Gilbert Kruidenier are developing.
Chameleon what? Chameleon Cards, a tactile role design tool, especially developed for:
- Change professionals curious about their potential future roles
- Recruiters, Learning and Design and HR professionals looking to write better position descriptions and set expectations for business partners and candidates
- Hiring managers who need a change person on their team
- Anyone who wants to get into Change from their current career point
The Chameleon cards, true to their namesake’s nature, can have many applications and you should feel completely free to come up with your own way of using them. That being said, for this trial, they’ll let us play with four of the eight examples of real-life applications, where we’ll use the whole card deck or just one of the parts.
Just as a heads-up, they might still be in prototype, and perhaps not yet for sale and look a bit unfinished, but you’re all professionals, you’ll be able to see past that and get the idea all the same for sure.
There’s limited room, so don’t wait too long to get the scoop on this cool new tool.
About our Speakers
Gilbert and Peter have been friends since their very first coffee date in May 2016. Peter had just launched his business and Gilbert had just arrived in Melbourne from the ACT. Many collaborations with very diverse clients and more than a few volunteer projects later, they still don’t quite know what makes them work so well together, just that they do!
Peter brings the conceptual thinking and translation to imagery, while Gilbert brings the words and crazy ideas and just like that, they simply let the process run its course. It’s amazing what you can achieve if you put aside conventional ideas and business rules about how things are ‘supposed to be done’ and instead create things that are just waiting to be made!
