About our Speakers

Peter Lee is the agile coach at Boral Digital Solutions and an organisational transformation specialist. He is an experienced change agent and agile practitioner, he has worked with both technology and non-technology teams to adopt agile. Prior to Boral, he worked in a fast-growing technology start-up as they redesigned their way of working to support over 100 technology staff. He also has extensive experience with larger corporate transformations having started and lead the adoption of agile in CBA's Wealth Management business over the course of 5 years. During that time, he established and coached the Group Executive's weekly leadership scrum and contributed to the development of the CBA Agile Framework. William Payne is a leader in transformation who has worked in large corporate organisations across Europe, the United States and Australia, William has a successful track record of delivering effective change. From rapidly turning poor performing IT functions into truly customer-focused business capabilities, to leading global change programs across 20 countries or developing business-led strategic plans, William combines business and technical expertise with excellent facilitation and presentation skills. His extensive experience as both Chief Information Officer and Chief Strategy Officer combine to provide a unique skill set for the age of digital transformation.
