Learn how you can generate and maintain a positive dialogue about the changes going on in your organisation.

This fun and interactive workshop will involve playing 'The Change Game' board game in small teams and thus exploring the mindsets required to build your employees’ change resilience.

Our speaker Craig Smith from BigPicture Learning and co-author of The Bee Book will show you how to use metaphor, imagery, dialogue and gamification to connect your people to your organisation’s change narrative.
