Are you working on an initiative that truly addresses customer needs? The key principle with Human-Centred Design is to discover problems people face with a product or service, and to gain insights from them on solutions. As we know, solutions or new products usually translate to implementing change in a disruptive environment fraught with complexity and ambiguity. Therefore we need to adjust change delivery in response to customers raising the bar and setting new expectations.

But how do we implement this? We invite you to explore creative thoughts and practical ideas that shape change delivery with a Human-Centred Design approach.  Expect to roll up your sleeves and participate in a ‘Design Thinking Jam’ that will enable exploration and empathy, before any development begins.

Hear from our panel as they discuss practical examples of how they have led change in a Human Centred environment. We’ll reflect on ideas and approaches from our leading practitioners. What lessons will you take away as you lead change through a human centred design lens in your own context?
