Change Leadership - leading by example (Brisbane, AU)
The business world today is becoming increasingly intense, complex and ambiguous.
Where do we need to be as change leaders and practitioners in this ever-changing and unpredictable environment?
This workshop will bring a focus to the indispensable nature of our roles as change practitioners in establishing a way forward that highlights our wellbeing as the underpinning foundation for change leadership.
Join us for an evening facilitated by Raegan Cairney and Marcia Owen, who will take a more personal approach as we explore how we can support ourselves and each other to deal with the complexity of change in organisations, and the impact this has on our leaders, employees and ourselves.
