Change Management is the key to realising Benefits (Buckinghamshire, UK)
You know the benefits you could get from your project but do you ever get concerned that you are not going to achieve those benefits and whether in fact change management will really ensure that you do? If so this event will help you answer those questions and bring some real examples of when and where it has worked.
The key question senior stakeholders should be asking of any change programme or project is:
- “What benefits will this change deliver and how will the organisation be different as a result of it?”
It is essential that we, as deliverers of change, maintain this critical focus on value. When we think in this way it leads to us ask three critical questions, which are at the heart of change management:
- “What is the revised organisational state necessary for benefit realisation?”
- “What sustainable behaviours does this revised organisational state depend upon?”
- “How will we bring about this behavioural change and make it stick?”
