Managing change can be challenging - especially when you don’t know how people are going to react and what situations you can be put in. You're trying to lead the change and help people, but people come along at different paces. The types of people and players in organisations can vary, along with their attitude to change.

Change is everyone's business - so how can you engage those valuable players in change? How can you benefit from their experience? Would their different attitudes help you to deliver change?

David Callaghan from FITTS has been vital in setting up a specialist change management function within the organisation and since then has been working on projects focused on delivering technology around people’s needs and not leading with technology first. His experience in delivering change in a variety of sectors allowed him to observe how people fall into different groups of personas when it comes to change.

Hear about his experiences from recognising the need for change management, to creating and building successful change for his company clients.

Come and join the conversation, we’re keen to hear whether you agree or have different views on who those players in change are.

Register today or email us for further information.
