Communication designed for change (London, UK)
We’ve all seen it happen. Mass communication for organisational change, created and launched with ambition and energy! But by the time we get to implementation and uptake the project concludes as trickles of localised change. In these situations, one of the biggest challenges that we face is how to cement a strong connection with our employees with what it is we are trying to do, and their role in making it happen. We fail to communicate consistently, effectively and through mediums relevant to audiences and stakeholders.
So how do you generate and maintain a positive dialogue about the changes going on in your organisation? Join the London Chapter as Alex Walker and Chris Martin take a look at how communication shapes motivation and engagement during the delivery of change.
Alex will be sharing a tried and tested way to keep teams engaged and empowered through periods of change. Her fundamental belief is that people need to be genuinely engaged in the change, and involved in implementing the solutions to ensure it is sustainable and successful. Alex will demonstrate some of the key principles of the approach through recent case studies.
