The Culture of Change – The challenges of growth (Manchester, UK)
Are we ignoring people when it comes to growth?
In a world that is in a state of constant change, cultural shift during a growth period is often a real challenge for business. Whether you work for a start-up experiencing growing pains or an established business which has diversified, managing the cultural impact is often the most challenging theme. Our Culture of Change event will help to map how change can be embedded more successfully during these times.
Issues worth examining are how best to embed culture when a new direction is set? How to embed change when a business is continually transforming? And how do we continue to engage our people when so much change is happening?
This interactive session will help answer these questions and discuss the challenges faced by businesses during periods of significant people change.
This is an ideal session for change managers and leaders in organisations who are looking at the impacts of growth or operational model changes.
