This members only session defines business agility, creating a vision for a people-centric organisation.

"Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. It’s not" Dr Seuss

Although most change programs focus on managing the change, business agility changes require leading the change through continuous improvements and not large transformations.

Understanding how to get there starts off with understanding where we are now. Michael will walk participants through a live current state analysis using the Surge Business Agility Radar while using objective data on why each segment is important.

At the end of this one-hour session, participants will understand why business agility is important, be able to articulate an elevator pitch and would have analysed the current state of their organisation.
