Delivering lasting change: how you can use spoken and body language to influence stakeholders (Brighton, UK)
Most of us are familiar with the classic change theory and models and many of us have honed our skills translating that theory into reality.
But sometimes, try as we might, it can still be a real challenge to deliver and embed lasting change. If we look at change success stories, more often than not the secret sauce is a change manager who can win over stakeholders across the organization.
How do they do it?? Well, some are just born with it… but in truth, we can all develop our own unique blend of spoken and body language to positively influence stakeholders.
Esther Stanhope, aka The Impact Guru, knows it’s possible, and she’s here to show you how!
