Developing a Relationship with Project Management (Buckinghamshire, UK)
Developing a relationship with project management is a hot topic in recent times. Given that, we thought now would be a timely opportunity to do an 'open space' technology event where the audience get to set the agenda based on the theme of developing the relationship with project management.
Gillian Perry the Change Management Institute Co-Lead will open the session with a short presentation with some thoughts about working together with project management based on an article that Gillian and Melanie Franklin have co-authored for the independent newspaper which is being published shortly.
Come along with your thoughts and ideas for the discussion and we will let you select the topics. This should stimulate some thought provoking discussions and allow us to create a white paper that gives you some great materials for discussion back in your workplace to help your organisation and your career.
We plan to have a number of Change Management Institute members and thought leaders to help the discussions progress.
