About our Speaker
Currently the Change Practice Manager at First State Super, Natalie has worked across several industries building and maturing organisational Change methods, outcomes and capability. Natalie is engaging and collaborative as a leader and coach, and takes a practical and realistic approach to change management.
Natalie is a seasoned presenter, from small workshops to large conferences, building change awareness and capability. She understands that we all have a choice in how we participate in and lead change, but that we don’t always know what our options are.
