THIS EVENT IS SOLD OUT

This is an interactive, energetic and practical 90 minute workshop to build your confidence to create and facilitate workshops, meetings and events to support change.

Your ability to inform, engage and inspire people from the front of the room is foundational.  It’s connected to everything from leading the design of your change strategy, to engaging stakeholders, and communicating with authenticity.

Our session will focus on three key areas:

  • Exploring who you are as a facilitator today: your unique strengths
  • Learning how to design a powerful workshop: it’s a process
  • Discovering new ways to deliver: holding space in the room

And the good news? You don’t have to enjoy facilitation to be great. It’s a skill that you develop, it’s not one that you’re born with (or without!).

We’ll shape the conversation on the day based on what you most need and make time to share tips, tools and techniques.

This event is perfect for people who would prefer to do almost anything on earth other than facilitate, experienced facilitators who enjoy the spotlight, and everyone in between.
