The five most important things you need to know about Change Management for project success (Auckland Members)
In order for change programmes to be more successful, the 'people' change elements need to be addressed at all stages.
Business Analysts are frequently involved in major transformation programmes and work with technology, project management & change management colleagues. They provide valuable insights into managing the people side of change.
As a joint event with members of the International Institute of Business Analysts (IIBA), there will be lots of opportunity to debate issues and share experiences.
The facilitator of this event is Ross Pearce, joined by several of his colleagues from the Change Management Institute's Auckland chapter. It will be an interactive session, giving participants the opportunity to share their perspectives in table groups, addressing a number of different scenarios that require change management practitioner input.
