Charlotte Lockhart is the CEO of The 4 Day Week, a consultancy providing advice to organisations globally on how to implement a 4 day week, with staff working less hours for the same pay. She is also an Advisory Board member of the Wellbeing Research Centre at Oxford University in the UK, and a Partner with Coulthard Barnes. She previously worked at Perpetual Guardian as Head of Partnerships and Marketing, where with the CEO, Andrew Barnes, she helped introduce the idea of the 4 day week, and successfully implement it.
