About our Speaker - Dr Rebecca Newton

Dr. Rebecca Newton is an Organisational Psychologist and Senior Visiting Fellow at the London School of Economics and Political Science in the Department of Management, and is faculty on various leadership programmes at Harvard Law School.

She is the Founder and CEO of leadership development consultancy, CoachAdviser. Rebecca has 20 years’ experience coaching and advising organisations globally on leadership, change and culture, including Accenture, American Express, Bank of America, Coca-Cola, Google, HSBC, Microsoft and PwC. Rebecca is a regular contributor to the Harvard Business Review and is the author of Authentic Gravitas: Who Stands Out and Why.
