"When we allow people to bring their whole selves to work we realize that ...we are more than the sum of our resumes.”
Join us for our next Global Voices event – Three steps to creating change ready organisations, with Chris White, Faculty Associate, Center for Positive Organizations, and Principal, Positivius.
What does it take to create a change ready organisation? Over time, our organisations often become blocked and good people stop caring as much about their work and each other. In this interactive discussion we will explore how we can prepare our organisations to be responsive and energised in times of change and what it takes to create change ready cultures.
Hear more about unblocked communications, becoming responsive and aiming higher in Chris’ recent TEDx talk and join us for this webinar to hear Chris share his research and insights, and for the opportunity to share your thoughts in a discussion.
The webinar will be a 15-minute presentation of core concepts, followed by 45-minutes of interactive dialogue and experience exchange with the Change Management Institute host and attendees.
