Harnessing collective change wisdom: Reflecting together to wrap up 2021 (NSW virtual event)

In our final NSW hosted event for the year, we invite you to join us as we wrap up on the year that has been 2021. It’s turned out to be a year like no other and for change management practitioners, certainly a year of new and different change experiences.
Whether it was managing change through hybrid working, rolling out a major transformation program virtually or learning how to engage stakeholders in a different way, this year has undoubtedly heightened our collective change wisdom.
In this virtual event, our guest speakers Allison Tsao from Humans Who Lead and Muneesh Wadhwa from Humanity in Business will share their change wisdom with us. Unlike anything before, you will be provided with plenty of breakout room time to connect with your peers and share stories. Your stories will help the Change Management Institute understand what is important to our members and help craft what we bring to you in 2022.

Allison Tsao - Humans Who Lead
Allison founded Humans Who Lead in 2017 to evolve the organisational paradigm and help humans in leadership roles thrive in growing complexity.
