We can no longer think about just managing change, if we are to deliver last behaviour change in increasingly uncertain times it is high time we started to get comfortable leading change and creating impact.

There is a lot of talk about what characteristics make great leaders and how important it is that leadership keeps evolving to meet the challenges and opportunities for the 21st century, but what does that leadership look like? What sort of impact do great leaders make? Increasingly our role as agents of change tends to assume some informal need to lead others because how we demonstrate leadership can impact others to change their leadership behaviour and make change sustainable.

Question is, how do we lead with impact in mind? The Change Management Institute is pleased to welcome Elisabet Vinberg Hearn, co-author of a Leaders Guide to Impact and CEO of Katapult Partners to this member only session. Here we will discuss key pointers from the book, reflections from a long career in managing change and transformation, dealing with constant uncertainty and hearing your experience and questions.
