An exciting panel event, providing three perspectives on change leadership capability:

  1. The current state of change leadership across the NZ Government;
  2. Approaches to lifting leadership change capability;
  3. Methods to coach/empower leaders for change.

Our three experienced panelists will share their thinking and practical views for this critical leadership role followed by a Q&A forum. Attendees are encouraged to bring and ask questions. See you there.

About our Panel

Bernie White
Bernie is a facilitator, coach, trainer and speaker who is curious about how individual and group mindsets, shape how we see our world and inform our decisions and behaviours. Particularly when dealing with change in a changing world and the consequential impact on human development, intelligence, reputation, and outcomes.

Bernie works with groups and individuals around communication, trust, culture, (organic) change and social mapping to identify key influencers. He likes to encourage himself and others to be brave, real and have some fun. And, to be becoming more conscious.
