Ketan Patel, Operations Director for CMI and Transformation Lead for EY will present latest thinking and research and help guide our discussions about how we search for and grow change leader competency.
Together we’ll articulate and model what the most exceptional change leaders do and increase the perceived credibility score for change agents in all sectors.

Ket is a certified Change Practitioner with over a 15 years of hands on experience leading change and transformation activities. Having led several large scale transformations, using expertise across all business disciplines with particular specialisms in Data Analytics, Business Operations and Information Technology.
Ket is also the UK Operations and London Chapter Lead of the Change Management Institute. The role brings cutting edge thought leadership to change professionals and develops networks for greater capability. It also ensures that the CMI continue to grow to support affiliates in our local chapters and brings consistency and commonality to the CMI offering across the UK.
