Join the Buckinghamshire chapter for an interactive workshop exploring the importance of looking after our own mental health and why Mental health is just as important as physical health.  

Our facilitator Lisa Bevan who is an experienced, Trainer, Change Consultant and a certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor will be discussing how to understand the mind, what motivates us and how what we believe about ourselves and the world around us has a direct impact on our ability to embrace change.

We will be touching upon the following points:

  • How our beliefs are shaping your reality
  • Powerful mindset hacks
  • Why Mental health is just as important as physical health
  • What is Mental Health First Aid is and why is it important
  • Techniques to keep you calm.

About our Facilitator 

Lisa Bevan is an experienced, Trainer, Consultant and Coach who specialises in Transformational Change.

Lisa has spent 20 years working with FTSE 100 leadership teams who are embarking on global business transformations leading their global change programmes and coaching executives.

Over the years Lisa’s interest in people’s responses to change sparked her passion to understand the mind, what motivates us and how what we believe about ourselves and the world around us has a direct impact on our ability to embrace change, have the life we truly want and be the person we aspire to be.
