The Change Management Institute is excited to host a global webinar discussing Mental Health and Change during challenging times.

The panel discussion, led by our Australian Chapter will cover areas of Resilience, Mental Toughness and Anxiety, providing our change community with valuable insights and recommendations for their day to day lives, as we come to the end of 2020.

About our Speakers  
Paul Lyons

Managing Partner, Mental Toughness Partners

Paul Lyons is an experienced mental toughness practitioner and Managing Partner of Mental Toughness Partners, a regional network of coaches and practitioners across SE Asia and Australia that assist leaders and organizations in measuring and developing their mindset and mental toughness.

Prior to 2015 he was an experienced recruitment business leader with over 30 years as a CEO and adviser within that sector. He was Asia Pacific Managing Director for Michael Page International (now Page Group) and then Co-Founder and Group CEO of Ambition Group, a global white-collar recruitment group with offices in UK Asia and Australia.

Ciara Lancaster

Change Fatigue & Resilience Specialist, Reimagine Change

Ciara Lancaster, a former Change Manager at Deloitte Australia, is an Author, Speaker and Coaching Director at Reimagine Change.  She is an alumna of Sydney University, University of New South Wales, Stanford University and The Mind Academy in the domains of Psychology, Economics, Organisational Change Management and Modern Psychology.  Ciara helps leaders at all levels manage uncertainty, mitigate stress and modernise their mindset through intrapersonal upskilling.  ‘Reimagine Change: Escape change fatigue, build resilience and awaken your creative brilliance’ is her first book

Camilla Martin

Management Consultant and Beyond Blue Volunteer

Camilla is a volunteer speaker for Beyond Blue, a national organisation that works to raise awareness about anxiety and depression, reduce the associated stigma and encourage people to get help. Camilla became a Beyond Blue speaker to play her part in challenging the stereotypical view of those with mental health conditions and wants to share her experiences with others to help them see it can happen to anyone and that they’re not alone. She believes that the more we speak out the more we can bring the issue of mental ill-health to the surface and tackle it head on with kindness.

Camilla Martin has over 20 years in project management and change management working in the UK, USA and Asia.
