Modern Workspaces - Supporting Diversity and Inclusivity with Change Management (London, UK)
A critical component of a happy, motivated and engaged workforce is a work environment that empowers employees to excel. With personal and professional lives so intertwined, a mix of generations in the workforce and a profound desire for purpose, the modern work place has a tough job to cater for the needs of today's modern and rapidly changing work force.
The London Change Management Institute are proud to work in partnership with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) as we explore 'agile working'. Whether it is enabling hot desking, designing collaborative hubs, relaxation zones or co-sharing work spaces, the agility of the office environment and employees themselves is fast becoming fundamental to the success of transformational change.
We are pleased to welcome Sarah Booth of Kinnarps and Peter Otto of Condeco Software to help us understand what organisations need to survive in today’s uncertain times and how technology and building design are helping provide some of the answers. We then explore how Change Management will adapt to support this revolution in traditional organisational design in favour of more diverse, dynamic and nimble physical and philosophical structures.
