NZ Auckland: Change challenges for both employees and customers in a digital environment
Technology is advancing at an unprecedented rate. Individuals are relatively quick to adapt to ongoing innovations, while organisations respond at a slower pace. Victoria Yeo and Divya Hariharan from Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting team will discuss what this means for managing change in a digital environment while still providing a great employee and customer experience. BNZ’s Julie Hazelhurst will also provide insight into how BNZ are leveraging the modern digital environment to drive the customer experience and enable its workforce.
With the relentless pace of technology, most organisations are barely keeping up. At this breakfast event you can expect challenging questions, thought provoking possibilities and tangible insights… and at the very least the chance to ‘knock heads’ with others grappling with the same issues.
