Technology is advancing at an unprecedented rate. Individuals are relatively quick to adapt to ongoing innovations, while organisations respond at a slower pace. Victoria Yeo and Divya Hariharan from Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting team will discuss what this means for managing change in a digital environment while still providing a great employee and customer experience. BNZ’s Julie Hazelhurst will also provide insight into how BNZ are leveraging the modern digital environment to drive the customer experience and enable its workforce.

Who should attend?

Victoria Yeo is a Partner at Deloitte with demonstrated delivery of complex change programmes, organisational design and transformational change; working with clients to embed changed behaviours and realise benefits. She has led change teams on a number of multi-system and process implementations in New Zealand and Asia Pacific and has commercial experience heading up an Organisational Change Management function at a large financial institution.

Divya Hariharan is a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s Human Capital team. She is an experienced Change Practitioner, having worked with and coached multiple New Zealand public and private sector organisations to manage large and complex transformational programmes.

Julie Hazelhurst is Head of Process Transformation and Design at BNZ, and a Lean Consultant and Change Management Specialist. She has worked with numerous New Zealand organisations, facilitating lean implementations and large scale change programmes to deliver cultural transformation and bottom-line results. Her current position with BNZ specialises in new and emerging technology to deliver a better customer experience, at a reduced operating cost, and create more meaningful work for its people.
