Good communication is one of the necessary ingredients for a successful change implementation. But what defines a “good” communication? How do we ensure that we’re actually creating and sending a change communication that will achieve the desired outcome? The October Change Chat, led by Beth Hoburg, will address these questions.
We’ll cover the six elements of an effective change communication. And then we’ll delve deeper into the specifics of creating a change message that equips the audience to act in the desired way. We’ll also apply the concepts discussed to examples, including those from you and other participants.
