9:00pm Thursday, 28 June 2018
Phipps Tower (second floor conference room)
3438 Peachtree Road
Atlanta, Georgia 30326

Continuing on the themes and successes of previous sessions, this workshop will continue to explore the various disciplines within Organizational Change Management (OCM). The session will focus on Manufacturing and behavioral Science studies.

It remains very hard to effect change in manufacturing or any enterprise no matter how informed leaders are on change management. Good, well-implemented change management still remains relevant to achieve real operation excellence.

Participants will review a general best practices of “how to align behavioral accelerated adoption and adjustments that will sustain the organization in the future." We will also examine a general view into the similarities and difference in OCM for enterprise and operational success.

There will be a chance for networking and recruiting at the beginning of the event, so please bring your business cards. Light refreshments will be served.
