Project Management - How did it start and where is it going? (UK North-East)
Come along on a journey through project management time with David Bewick, PMI North East branch chair. See where it all began and how the profession developed through the 20th century and where some of today’s techniques were born followed by the advent of the professional body and the professional project manager.
As we go forward into the future we’ll explore where project management is heading, what are some of the challenges facing the profession and what skills does the modern project manager need.
David’s talk will be illustrated with interactive exercises and will bring examples from other areas of the business world and Enactus teams throughout the UK.
This is our final event of 2017.
