Return to the Workplace: The Change Management Challenge (Ireland virtual event)
Event time is 1pm EDT and 6pm IST/BST
As organisations look to a Return to the Workplace, the role of the change practitioner is more critical than ever. Organisations are looking to their practitioners to support initiatives ranging from ensuring a safe return to the creation of whole new operating models.
Join the Ireland chapter and our speakers Barbara Gerstenberger, Head of Working Life Unit, Eurofound and Jim Flynn, Partner at Great Place to Work Ireland, for this interactive session where we will explore what the Return to the Workplace will mean for both the change agenda and how we manage change.
- What does EU-wide research tell us about the impact of the pandemic on how we live and work?
- How are organisations, from multi-nationals and SMEs in Ireland addressing the people-side opportunities and challenges of the Return to the Workplace?
- What are the implications for the nature of Return to the Workplace projects and how we manage those changes?
In addition to our experts, you’ll have an opportunity to share challenges and solutions in our breakout sessions as well as get to expand your change community.
Competencies the event relates to: Facilitating Change, Impact Assessment, Strategic Thinking.
