One of the key topics we are thinking and talking about right now is what will our return to work look like post pandemic. Will I go to my work place every day, what will my work environment look like, and most importantly how will I ensure I am safe? 

In this highly interactive session hosted by the Canada chapter, join a dynamic group of Canadian Change Professionals with truly diverse backgrounds to discuss the responsibility for a safe return to work, is it an equal responsibility of the individual, the employer, and the government?

About our Facilitator

Jehane Adam is an accomplished Change Management leader with 20 years of experience in the financial, public and consulting sectors.  She is currently the Senior Manager Enterprise Change Management, Methods and Practice at TD Bank. 

About our Panellists

Paul Short has over 20 years’ experience in the Change Management field with a diverse background working in the private sector, municipal government, and academics.  He is currently the Change Management Lead at HR Transformations Inc.

Aymen Dewji is a Change Management practitioner with over 14 years of experience who has led global transformational projects for Fortune 500 organizations and international governments.  She is currently the Manager Partner of ShiftRight Consulting.

Michelle Harkness has spent her 20+ year career in Human Resources, Organizational Development and Change Management.  She is currently the Senior Manager Change Enablement and Business Transformation with the Royal Bank of Canada.

Lori Anne Jones is the CEO of SHIFT Strategies – Change Consulting. Lori Anne has over 20 plus years of experience in change management, organizational optimization, and growth. She has worked with clients within the private, public, and non-profit sectors to solve complex problems and unlock their transformational potential.
